Business conduct
This is how we deal with the shops we supply, and what we expect back. It is short on purpose. A code nobody reads is not a code.
Straight answers about availability
If we cannot get something, we say so. We do not string a shop along on a case that was never coming, we do not confirm quantities we do not have a path to, and we do not use a hot set as bait to move something else.
When our own allocation gets cut, you hear it as soon as we do, along with the real options: a reduced quantity, a named alternative, or your money back.
Authenticity
We do not knowingly deal in counterfeit, reprinted, tampered, resealed or stolen goods. Sealed product is sold as we received it, factory sealed, and we do not open, search, weigh or reseal anything.
If we learn something about a lot that a buyer would want to know, we disclose it before the sale, not after. If we ever find that something we sold was not what we believed it to be, we will tell the shops that bought it and make it right.
No searched or picked-through product
Weighing boxes, feeling packs, pulling the good ones and passing on the rest is one of the uglier habits in this trade. We do not do it, and we do not buy from sources we believe do.
Allocation is first in, not favourites
On limited releases we fill in the order want lists came in. We do not quietly reserve the best allocation for whoever offers the most on the day, and we do not hold product back to create scarcity we can price against.
Naming a second choice genuinely helps us fill your order. That is advice, not a lever.
Pricing
Prices move because this market moves, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we will not do is exploit an emergency, quote one shop a different price out of spite, or add charges after a confirmation that were not in the confirmation.
Every quote covers a stated product, quantity and moment. If it expires, we tell you it expired rather than repricing it silently.
Your want list is confidential
What you are stocking up on is competitive information. We do not tell other shops what you ordered, we do not tell them what you asked about, and we do not use one shop's want list to pitch a competitor down the road.
We also do not sell or share your contact details. See the privacy policy.
We are not competing with you
We sell wholesale, to shops. We are not quietly running a retail storefront or an online account undercutting the customers we supply.
No bribes, no kickbacks
We do not offer or accept payments, gifts or favours to influence who gets allocation, from our suppliers or from our customers. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for something off the books, that is not us, and we want to know.
Respect, both directions
You will get dealt with plainly and without games, and we ask for the same. We do not tolerate harassment, slurs or threats toward us or anyone we work with, in either direction, and we will end a relationship over it.
What we expect from accounts we supply
- Buy for resale, and be straight about the business you are buying for
- Do not represent yourself as an authorised dealer or distributor of any brand on the strength of buying from us
- Do not resell as sealed anything that has been opened, searched or resealed
- Handle your own sales tax, licences and consumer obligations
- Raise shortages and damage promptly, with photos, so a claim can actually be verified
Trademarks and brands
Brand names appear here and on our site to describe goods we stock. They belong to their owners. We are not an authorised dealer, agent or licensee of any manufacturer, and we claim no endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
Reporting a problem
If we get something wrong, or if someone acting in our name behaves in a way that does not match this page, tell the owner directly:

It is a small company, so the person you report to is the person who can fix it. We will not retaliate against a shop for raising something, and we will not make a complaint a condition of future supply.
